Course Cancelation

You MUST complete any online training no later than 48 hours prior to your course commencing.  Failure to complete any online training will result in your booking being cancelled.  Please advise North East training if you dont received your online training link within 72 hours of any booking you make.

  If you wish to cancel/change your course booking, you MUST advise via email no later than 7 days prior to the course commencement. 

No refunds/credits will be offered outside these terms.
