As of 1 October 2021, all commercial first aid providers in Victoria must be licensed under the Non-Emergency Patient Transport and First Aid Services Act 2003. This ensures minimum standards of care and safety across all event types.

Licensed providers must:
• Operate only within their approved level (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)
• Meet strict safety and quality standards
• Be authorised to deliver care at events, construction sites, film sets, and more
📌 Please note: Under our current licence, we are unable to provide first aid coverage for ticketed live music events with more than 2,500 patrons.
